The purchasers or recipient address is required for delivery.

Date of Delivery:
Include a desired delivery date, If the date for the delivery of the

Terms & Conditions:
Only authentic gift certificates are redeemable for merchandise.
Gift Certificates are not redeemable for Cash. Gift Vouchers are
redeemable for any item in shop, including new and sale items.
Good for six months from date issued (special exceptions apply).
Redemption value not to exceed the stated amount on the
specified voucher.

STEPS TO REDEEM YOUR VOUCHER GIFT CERTIFICATES
#1 click on the customer icon in the top right hand corner
of your screen. Create a customer account to begin
your shopping experience.
#2 Shop for all and any available items in store. Add your
selections to the shopping cart.
#3 At checkout fill out the customer details form as
requested. At the bottom of your screen in the:
Leave a Note Section include: "Redeeming Gift
Voucher/No#_ _ _ _ _" (and include the number
provided at the back of your Gift Voucher Certificate.
#4 To complete your order, in the Payment Option choose:
'Pre-payment' and for Shipping Method choose: 'Free.'
Unless delivery is required, then choose the relevant
option and proceed to checkout.
Please note Local Purchases of TT$650. and above are
deliverable FREE via ground delivery. (Exceptions
being on bulk furniture and furnishings and custom
furniture items, these are subject to weight.
#5 Your order will be processed promptly in the order it was
received and confirmation will be sent to you via Whatsapp
or email informing you on the status of your order.
#6 Gift Voucher Certificates with partially redeemed
balances, can continue to shop using the method stated
in (#2 - #5) above until the balances on the certificates
have been completely used. Note: This applies to
Flexible Vouchers and Voucher Values of $400 and above.
