You have theright to cancel this contract within fourteen days without giving any reason.

The cancellationperiod is fourteen days from the day on which you or a third party named byyou, who is not the carrier, took possession of the last goods.

In order toexercise your right of withdrawal, you must give us (Simply Exquisite Interiors, admin@simplyexquisiteinteriors.com, Trinidad, phone 1 868 498 8121)by means of a clear statement (e.g. A letter sent by post, fax or email) aboutyour decision to cancel this contract. You can use the attached samplecancellation form, but this is not mandatory.

To meet thecancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communicationregarding your right of cancellation before the cancellation period expires.

If you cancelthis contract, we will have paid you all the payments that we have receivedfrom you, including delivery costs, but without the costs of returning thegoods (except for the additional costs that result from the fact that you havea different type of Delivery as the cheapest standard delivery offered by us),to be repaid immediately and at the latest within fourteen days from the day onwhich we received notification of your cancellation of this contract. For thisrepayment, we use the same means of payment that you used in the originaltransaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise with you; under no circumstanceswill you be charged any fees for this repayment. We can refuse the repaymentuntil we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that youhave returned the goods, whichever is the earlier.

You must returnor hand over the goods to us immediately and in any event no later thanfourteen days from the date on which you inform us of the cancellation of thiscontract. The deadline is met if you send off the goods before the period offourteen days has expired. You bear the cost of returning the goods. You onlyhave to pay for any loss in value of the goods if this loss in value is due tohandling of the goods that is not necessary for checking the nature, propertiesand functionality of the goods.

The right ofcancellation does not exist for the following contracts:

·         Contractsfor the delivery of sealed goods that are not suitable for return for reasonsof health protection or hygiene if
       their seal has been removed after delivery.
